Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut flour
4 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix coconut flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, almond milk, melted butter & vanilla in another bowl.
Combine both mixtures until smooth.
Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
