Ingredients:

6 large eggs


1/4 cup heavy cream


1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


1/4 cup chopped spinach


1/4 cup diced bell peppers


1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon


Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.


In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.


Stir in the cheese, spinach, bell peppers, and bacon.


Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.


Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set and slightly golden.
