Classic Keto Almond Flour Pancakes Recipe

 

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour


2 large eggs


1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


2 tablespoons melted coconut oil


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 teaspoon baking powder


A pinch of salt

 

 

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.


In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.


Combine wet and dry ingredients until it become  smooth.


Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
