Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
2 large eggs

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
Mix almond flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
Combine both mixtures until smooth.
