Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond flour


2 large eggs


1/4 cup pumpkin puree


1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


2 tablespoons melted butter


1 teaspoon pumpkin spice


1 teaspoon baking powder


A pinch of salt

 

 

Instructions:

Mix almond flour, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.


Whisk eggs, pumpkin puree, almond milk, and melted butter in another bowl.


Combine both mixtures until smooth.


Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
